Children are more active during break and lunch times (67% use the playground activity markings. Mostly from EYFS and KS1).

Teachers are more confident teaching PE, however, some staff lack confidence when teaching gymnastics.

More out of school competitions taking place-gymnastics, athletics, triathlon football and tennis.

EYFS staff can work outdoor in all weather so children can always take part in outdoor physical activities.

We have been able to attend many competitions-athletics tournament, Triathlon, tennis tournaments, and football. This means more children are able to take part in intra competitions. 29% of our children accessed an intra competition. This will be improved on next year.

We took part in football and rugby competitions against other schools. 38 children attending these.

Throughout the year 58% of children have joined in with the dance, and 34% attend it each week.

Links have been set up with Penketh Tennis club.A couple of our children have taken up tennis lessons since. All children had the experience of playing Tennis.
